Smith's wife, Kristina Macmillan (pictured below) secretly fitted a tracking device to her husband's car and booted him out when she uncovered his affair.The couple had only been married four months prior to the incident at a pricey wedding venue in Cheshire but split soon after.
It has been claimed that Smith was cheating on his wife with married businesswoman Sarah Cox.
