You cannot advance beyond where you are now except you learn something new. To earn more you must learn more. Become an expert in your field.
Decide you are going to be part of the top 5% in your field in your country. Take all the training you can get. Learn everything about your job. Read al least one hour a day in your field of specialisation. Listen to digital resources and you will rise.
Also be services-oriented. Go all out to meet people's needs. Be out to give than to get. Always see yourself as a servant. Be willing to render humble service.
Then, be a team player. Co-operate with others involved in your assignment. Be helpful to them. It is not how much you can get but how much you can give that counts. But the more you give out, the more you will receive.
