REPLACE NEGATIVE HABITS
Do you want to have better health or feel better in your physical body? Then have a better health habit so you can live long.
However, if you want to have good health and live long, then you have to stay disciplined. Remember that a habit is simply a product of repeated thoughts, feelings and actions. A man by the name Samuel Johnson once said, "The chain of habits are generally too weak to be felt and too strong to be broken".
Sometimes, you find yourself doing those things you should not be doing because they give pleasure and seems so easy, particularly if it happens once in a while. After sometime, when you want to stop, it becomes a big issue. So, the best thing is not to start in the first place.
According to psychologists, you cannot break a habit, you can only replace it. So if you are into a negative habit already, then it is time to replace that habit.
Do something new and unusual and you are on your way to success.
