Playing with proportions can make even the most ladylike accessory seem a touch subversive, like the earrings at Nina Ricci.
Missoni never lacks color, texture, or pattern, and this show was no exception. Color stories ranged from pale pinks to lime green, aqua, purple, and orange, and half of the models walked the runway wearing vibrant turbans that we can’t wait to get our hands on (and our heads in).
It’s hard to imagine Fendi being able to up the accessories ante after last season’s Karl buggy, but today, Lagerfeld delighted us all when he adorned his runway models’ hair with floral/peacock-like hair accessories. Can we actually wear these without looking over-the-top? All we know is we’re willing to give it a go.
