A Leadership Test
Information is the seed that guarantees a harvest in our situations and circumstances. When you hear and receive information on leadership over and over, it is inevitable that you are headed for the top.
Things are changing around us and they are changing at a fast rate. Some people ignore change and that is a problem. The truth is, change is inevitable. Things change, whether for good or for bad. Things do not remain the same. In any case, things are changing for good around us.
When you are a leader, you have got to create change. The ultimate test of leadership is the ability to create change.
Change is inevitable and the person, who sees it, catches it, helps to birth it or creates it, is the leader. If you will fulfill your destiny, (and your destiny is to lead in one area of endeavor), don't sit down and wait for change to happen to you. Make change happen.
