The Super Achiever's Breakfast with Sam Adeyemi
REAL PROBLEMS
Mack R. Douglas, a Corporate Executive in America wrote in his book, "HOW TO MAKE A HABIT OF SUCCEEDING" that, 40% of the things that people worry about never happen; 30% are things they cannot change; 12% is for unnecessary worry about their health; 10% is for petty and what can be termed miscellaneous worrying; but real problems take only 8%. Therefore 92% of the things people worry about are actually not worth the attention. But hold it! I want to let you know that even the so-called " real problem" are not worth worry about. Every problem that there is, exists to be solved.
How do we fight worry?
Dear friend, talk to God before you talk to man. It is better to talk to God about our challenges than to complain to men about them.
Secondly, take control of your mind. When you take control of your mind, you take control of your life. Refuse negative thoughts and feelings from dominating your mind.
Fill your mind with positive spiritual thoughts from the Bible and from other sources. Go to church. Attend seminars. Read books written by those who have applied principles with results. Listen to or watch digital resources.
Dear friend, when you alter your thoughts, you alter your life.
