Theo Walcott Linked With Shock Move Away

Liverpool are set to launch a move for Arsenal midfielder Theo Walcott amid stalled contract talks with star attacker Raheem Sterling, according to reports from the Mirror.Walcott is also in contract discussions of his own, and his lack of opportunities to start for the Gunners has alerted the Reds to his services.
Ever since returning from an injury, the England winger has been used mostly as a substitute by Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, with the likes of Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Ozil, and even Danny Welbeck all ahead of him in the pecking order.

And with just 15 months left on the 26-year-old’s contract, Liverpool are set to monitor the situation closely ahead of a potential summer bid.
The Reds themselves are also having trouble tying down Sterling on a new deal, with the 20-year-old holding talks until the end of the campaign.
European powerhouses Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are both interested in signing Sterling, but Kop boss Brendan Rodgers is confident the youngster will pen a contract extension to stay at Anfield.
